For each server restrict 1 account per IP address
There is literally no way you aren't doing SOMETHING wrong. A lot. To be 2-19. You have got to be ****ing something up pretty consistently. I've seen bad players win many a game they shouldnt by sheer luck, and no one's luck is as bad as you make it out to be.
Let's be honest, we all knew that this was basically a QQ thread by the title and confirmed it by the moment we saw who the OP was.
We all know he's a bad player who blames everything but himself and that this should have gone into the QQ thread as well as the fact that the idea for IP-restricted accounts is stupid anyway.
C'mon, let's not waste any more time pretending to be constructive about all this because we all know this is pointless.

Janna & play in hexakill once it comes back. 2-19 is the win/lost ratio & my last ranked game I left because of Shaco support just people being dumb what's new. Most bronze players don't understand team fights, that's how i died now these days. Really simple to point the feeders(ignoring teamfights & than getting gank 3 vs 1 or 2vs 1. Even those players complain where the #### is my team ????.@ sirell idk how many times i said this, but yea I know what mistakes i make & I will always admit to them ingame. I can blame it on the keyboard or what not but i have to live with it.
Hexakill is not a real game mode. (As all game modes besides summoner's rift are "for fun") Half of the things you say do not make sense or have any relation to their following statements.
Yes, people are bad in Bronze, that doesn't mean follow them and get killed as well. That isn't their fault for you dying. You chose to be in a terrible situation. Analyzing things like this and avoiding these situations, and making your own better situations will get you wins.

You're such an *** sometimes that I really feel we're birds of the same frock. Too bad mejiji is nice to people.
@OP: What sort of keyboard issues? Can you not get a new one? (seriously mine cost like 9€). Also, there's no Murphy law at work here, in bronze both teams get trolls, feeders, afks, etc. Stop looking reasons other people made your game go wrong and just focus on yourself. Other people's performance is not something you can control, your is.

oh so your one of the ones who ignores team fights than gets gank 3 vs 1 or what now? Pfft. I have never died 19x ever in summoner's rift don't confused my win/lose ratio to that.
If I'm ADC & if my support decide to protect mid laner while our jg guy is around top & if there are no wards place around that area I never take that chance because why kill myself when theirs already a gank in motion.
