Good luck man! I am not sure what the solution for low level PvP games. When I started I played a few pre-level-10 PvP games. I found that each team had 1-2 smurfs (or at least people that were decent at the game). About all I could do was to try not to feed and hope my team had the better smurfs. It was not fun. I ended up playing WAY too many games against bots, and did not really get back into PvP until I hit level 25 or so. Bot games do not really get you ready for PvP and by that time everybody was MUCH better than me (or at least at roles outside of support).

So I think you are much better off living through the pain of PvP games, and just muting people that annoy you.

I took a look at your profile (http://na.op.gg/summoner/rune/userName=JustDoobIt). You might want to set your short term goals lower than winning a tournament (there are a LOT of players that are pretty good at this game).

Filling out your rune page with armor seals and magic resist glyphs will help some. Runes will not make you all powerful, but a full (level 30) rune page is about 1,200 gold worth of items.

Warwick is a good jungler to learn (especially when you don’t have a full rune page). Full damage Warwick can be fun and effective, but I would suggest that you get some defensive items. Devourer and BotRK is a good start, but maybe add Spirit Visage and Randuin’s into your build (the passive of Spirit Visage is very good for Warwick). I don’t see any games where you switched over to a sweeper trinket (and try to get out a pink ward or two every game and green wards often).

TL;DR. Don't play ranked until you have over 300-400 normal wins. Don't play ranked without good runes**. Don't expect to start in silver if you don't have more wins than loses (you can see that in the end of game screen). You should read a guide for any champion that you plan to play.

**
Runes you should have before playing ranked
Buy a rune page ONLY when there is a 2x1 on them (there are two of them a year, one around christmas and one mid-year)

Having someone with lots of played games as your mentor is a great idea (more than 500 wins). Also, no offense on lower divisions, but someone from silver 1/2 or higher that climbed up there by himself has the kind of information you need. The division doesn't always reflect how good a player is, but if you're stuck in bronze, you're probably doing badly on some aspect of the game.

It's hard to climb once you lost too many ranked games, so if you play and lose badly learn from it and practice more in normals. Don't believe the "elo hell" myth though, if you learn from your games and play them to your fullest, you eventually climb divisions. My brother ended up bottom tier bronze in season 2, back before divisions existed, but practiced a lot and by season 3 got placed bronze 1/2, and climbed up to gold 1. He's diamond now, but that's a different story :P

There is A LOT to learn. There are some general guides for begginers here in mobafire. Being better takes both practice and studying, so your best option is to learn from your games and from others' games.
