Some of the adv's are that its 550 g cheaper, provides 20% more CDR, offers armor (which is more effective than HP since eve's ult gives an HP shield, so there's a defensive stat to back it up), rglaive has an ap scaling which isnt efficient in a tank build, and in respect to rylai's- iceborne slow is only 10% less (barely noticable) but has a ton of advantages over rylai's (duration is not reduced by tenacity, is AoE that does not have to be 'lined up,' and it lasts longer over a larger area). The only disadv is that you lose a little up-front burst, but i think (?) after 3 q's 1 e and 3-5 aa's warrior/IBG outdamages runeglaive/RCS and more per aa, which is a relatively short amount of time considering q's short CD and e's AS steroid.
Basically i guess the question is why is runglaive-raylai's more popular, esp with warrior buffs and overall AP nerfs, and what are your thoughts on the warrior build, and could you list osme of the disadvs of warrior?
