Hey vengenator, I'm sorry but even I am not able to show you the spawn patterns, it's not really important to know that in my opinion. You should collect chimes if you are roaming/warding or when you need mana, just don't leave your adc alone at crucial moments when you want to collect chimes. Suggestion:
How do you roam with Bard? I mean he has a situational stun and slow on his auto attacks.
What are the pros and cons of Ignite? It's a support debate for a long time and I think Bard's lvl 2 is actually pretty deadly in combination with a strong adc.
How to Team Fight with Bard?

Instead of using "!" to separate, try "|". (Really confusing)
Late Game build notes, you say "hearth" instead of "Heart"
Separate the image of the skill sequence from your text. Replace the comma with a decimal point.
You need to make "champion" plural in your Traveler's Call description.
Please don't use red font like that in the Spells section. Also, don't use purple.

Work more on your matchups. There are definitely more threats to Bard, and you should also include those that he threatens.
Not all of Bard's abilities are skillshots. His [W] can actually be targeted directly on allies, and it feels more like a positioned spell.
Just saying "practice makes perfect" feels sort of obvious, and would be better in an expository or conclusionary context.
You've got to mention something about how wide his [Q] is and how the casting on his ult behaves. Also move the mention of his roaming behavior from his [W] to his passive.
You really have to explain how to deal with certain matchups.
