I've been thinking quite a bit and I think Archangel is still a very niche item. Lux and Zyra both benefit a lot more from mregen items because both athene's and morello give CDR, which are very important items on APCs with reasonable cooldowns and a lot of utility.

My out of meta picks would be Karma jungle, Lulu jungle, Leona jungle, Swain mid ;^) (I mean, no one picks him)

Zyra support and Twisted Fate ADC are in my opinion quite good as long as they're able to get to their powerspikes. I also really like Hecarim jungle, and he's more played as a top laner (and popularity went down a while ago after LCS stopped picking him.)

Should've clarified that. Personally, I use APC to refer to any full AP champion (except maybe full AP supports). The lane where it's played is a whole different variable (ADC jungle, APC bot, support top, etc).

might be uncommon, but I don't even think that would be terribly unviable if an ADC goes mid or something lol.
