It's a Bethesda title, and that and I don't think Bethesda have released diddly squat for years and that has people excited.
It's skyrim, except funnier and with technology. Whether that interest you idk but it interests me a little but not enough to be hyped about it. My main problem is it's a third person/first person shooter and I can't play those sorts of games anymore.

Meaning utterly mediocre or bad in most aspects, only "redeeming" quality being the size of the world?
Modding fixes a lot of issues, but that only happens months or years after release. And even with all the fixes their games are still pretty flawed.
