are you actually in the EUW region? because if you just moved your account there for the sake of moving it there then that might be your problem

Basically MOBAFire.
I used to have terrible ping issues, like spikes of more than 500, on NA until they moved the servers to Chicago (now my ping sits at around 60-65). For some reason my ping on EUW would chill at 140-150 and hardly spike.
And this game is full of cancer, just moving your account won't actually change much.

I live in Australia and was on OCE, so it's different. I switched cos I got bored on OCE and Jhoi was sending too many game requests so i was just like..."I'm going to switch because apparently it's not bad on EUW"

euw is pretty much the worst region you could have picked for ping.
