I like the 1st part of the build (up to Zekke's) but I don't really agree with adding expensive AD items or wit's end. Not that they are bad, I just find some additional AP like Morellonomicon better. The CDR is great and Grievous Wounds in later team fights is amazing since you're hitting multiple targets with your E. If you're looking at it from a survivability stand point then I go with Locket of the Iron Solari over and over.
