Ok ic, im supposed to have 100/100 but only seem to get 100/10. It has been like that since i moved in 5 months ago. I've checked both wireless and LAN. I feel like the provider is gonna ask me to try with another computer, so i've done that 2. I guess i should just get in contact with them.

Can you be a bit more specific? Are you getting any form or error, how did you conclude the CPU is not turning on (besides CPU fan not spinning) etc.
Also, what motherboard did you end up getting? Some motherboards can display error codes, for others you need a speaker

Nothing comes up on screen at all, but the power supply, GPU and motherboard all have power because they light up (the motherboard has numbers saying 00, in the test boot it varied, I'm assuming it's showing the CPU activity or some ****).
I don't understand how it's possible that the CPU could've been damaged in between the test boot and now...
