but the new Strafe looks pretty great too.
I'm enjoying it a lot so far now that I've more or less gotten used to it. Only complaint is that the space bar feels like it's shaped somewhat awkwardly and takes a lot of force to register.
It's the only mechanical keyboard I've ever used though, so I don't really have any basis for comparison.

1080p30 isn't really telling me much.. Compression codec? Codec profile? Hardware acceleration? 2-pass? CBR? (Constant Bit Rate) CFR? Constant Frame Rate) Audio codec/bitrate/samplerate/channels?
Intel/AMD? Nvidia/AMD? (so I know what codecs you could potentially be working with)
I can't say that I'm familiar with XSplit, it would probably be easier to help you with OBS, but I'll try anyway if you'd like.
I'd recommend trying with OBS anyway though just to see if the issue is present there too. Standard version of OBS for Nvidia GPUs, this branch for AMD GPUs.
No as in Im interested in what others tastes are. I'm currently in the market for a kmac, currently using a topre realforce 87uw. I have a spare filco but I don't like mx browns that much so I've been using the topre exclusively since I got it. I wouldn't mind having a hhkb2 or Leopold
Thanks to FatelBlade, JEFFY40HANDS, Nyoike, TheNamelessBard, GrandmasterD, aviseras and koksei for the awesome signatures

codec = x264
cbr = 2000kbps
no hardware accel
idk what 2 pass is and im not sure how to check CFR either...
audio codec is AAA LC, 96 kbps, mono
AMD / AMD
i tried using obs and it had the same issues and was even laggier at times. i tried that amd gpu thing for obs but it kept crashing after streaming for a while

Well I obviously can't help you find stuff in XSplit..
What codec/encoder options do you have for video?
I think you mean AAC audio codec, I don't think AAA LC exists (googled it, found nothing).
As for your bitrates: you say you've got a good connection? You should be able to max out twitch then. 3500kbps total. Which also leaves more head-room for audio. I think stereo at 128kbps is a good level.

Did you change the setting written in big red letters on the download page?
Did you go into settings and set the AMD hardware encoder?
Make sure you use a 64bit version btw. Could affect performance.

Looking a bit at mice to replace my 6 years old Logitech G400.
I recently had to open it up to fix the cable randomly disconnecting, in the process I damaged one of the teflon feet, and since I'm getting a tiny bit of resistance when moving the mouse in a certain direction I figured that it's about time to get a new one.
The easiest transition seems to be to Logitech G402. One of the reasons I like the G400/MX518 body is that it's large. I have pretty large hands and I like using palm-grip, so anything smaller than this (13cm long, 4cm high) and I just can't do palm anymore. G402 is actually a bit larger and has longer buttons than G400, so that seems like a nice change.
Final Mouse is another interesting choice. Similar ergonomics to the logitech mice and an incredibly light weight at just 74g. And I believe lower weight is objectively better on mice.
Gamdias Zeus is kind of interesting too. Those swappable sides look amazing. But the big issue with this mouse is its weight. The damn thing is super-heavy: 154g. Over twice as heavy as Final Mouse, and ~50% more than the 108g of G402.
Anybody here know of any other good large mice? Or have tried any of these mice?

FUUUUCK NO.
The finger holders on the side are waaaay too short. They end way before the areas for your middle and index fingers. I don't know about your fingers, but my pinky and ring finger aren't HALF THE SIZE OF MY OTHER ONES.
I don't want my pinky and ring finger to scrub my mousepad while I'm using my mouse. That's incredibly inconvenient. And that's what happens when you relax and don't force your fingers to the side of the mouse.
It takes a very special moron to design a mouse like this. Because the design is almost good, but then they went and made an incredibly dumb mistake with the ergonomic design.
