oh I think he means, in your profile, what do you put in those boxes.
In the ELO box you would put your ELO if you played ranked before.
Level box...erm...there is no level box

He's probably a new player and doesn't know exactly what ELO is which is why Mowen linked him over to the FAQ. :D
