Should the Fill Category Be Replaced With Support?
I don't think so.
Having two buttons that allow you to play support drastically increases the skillcap of the game, and without it, I think there would be a lot more casual ADC or mid players, which I don't think anyone in the game wants.
Personally, I think they should have a button that reads, "Anything but support" that puts you in the support role exclusively for the next 3 games you play. That would really separate the good players from the great players.
