It's fine as poke, but for DPS it's lacking, and blue Ez already has enough poke. [[blade of the ruined king]] is built on him because it scales on nothing but attack speed and armor penetration, so it's good as a standalone DPS item. Even against targets that don't have high HP. That was the reason it was built last season anyway, it might be outdated now after the item got nerfed pretty hard. But if people are still building it then I assume that's why.[/quote]
