Yes, it happened to my premade once. They went afk to go do something and stayed under their tower just to be safe (bot lane as a support). The enemy team invaded and didn't manage to catch anyone in our jungle. And then by pure chance they just happened to check our tower... and saw a ripe little Morgana for their Blitzcrank to grab.

Why is it so lame to play adc?

Because of the responsibility that you will carry the team later in the game. Better play support rather than ADC if that's the case. Boy, I'm getting rusty in ADC.
