    Depends on your playstyle, if you love assassins and being able to dive in and take out their carry then for sure go Akali She is really strong in this season with the new Hextech Gunblade and has the potential to carry a lot of games. Malzahar after the update to him has less scaling, but more utility for his team. Just depends on your play style I personally enjoy the assasins. So my pick is Akali

    Actually Quandaa, I'm an Akali main, and I play her mid because I don't like being an assassin and having to fight all the tanky top-laners, whereas mid they are mostly squishies.

    Yes, you can play both in both lanes, but they will do better in these 2 ;)
