Masters that have more LP than the lowest Challengers get promoted to take their spot in Challenger during the next promotion update (just before 12 AM I think). Since Challenger isn't full yet, every Master has enough LP to promote to Challenger. You just need to win your Master promos and you'll be auto promoted to Challenger as soon as the daily promotion update hits. Flex queue Challenger only has 17 people in it right now (18 if you count the 1 Master that'll be promoted today), so for a while still you just need Master 0 LP to then auto-promote to Challenger within the following 24 hours.
