stacking rings isn't that great anymore
Definitely deserve +1 (or even +100) and more.
Respects.
(sorry for the barrage of questions xD)
How do you get your text to be ombre? Like your precision and domination headers. It's so pretty!
I think Scorch over Gathering Storm is situational and best during the laning phase in a lane where you can be aggressive. But you should also take a look at the bigger picture :3
For example: if your team composition is more based around late game then you can almost guess that that's where your game might be heading and you'd possibly lose out on a lot of ability power. Then Gathering Storm would've been the best choice.
The Zombie Ward is fine actually. You'll be able to have an extended time of vision around your lane (I don't know if this is the correct usage of words but you'll get what I mean xD). This can be helpful when playing aggressively + it allows you to have more vision as well since it doesn't count the limit ^^
Don't worry about questions ^^
The ombre text is basically just each separate letter having another color transitioning from one to another. You could do it by yourself, but you could also use a BBcode colorizer(which is the most recommendable XD). I am glad you like it and I hope my comment was useful as well^^
(^_^)/
Thank you for the detailed response! I really should. I liked Gathering Storm a lot in the beginning because I tend to favor late game picks, but then I got won over by the early pressure of Scorch. Now that exams are over I guess it's time for some play-testing.
Wow, this is cool. Thank you! \(*^▽^*)ノ
Just figure out what works for you ^^
Glad I could help with that (^_^)/
The builds are kinda weird. You shouldn't be going Deathcap second, it's too expensive unless you're really far ahead and it's usually bought late. You always rush Morello, after which you can go Liandry > Void (standard), Liandry > Luden (best build vs tanks), Luden > Void (best build vs squishy teams or when ahead) or Banshee/Zhonya (if having trouble against a specific matchup).
Grail, RoA, GLP and Rylai are bad, don't include them in your build.
As for the skill order, you need all 3 skills by level 3. Can either go E>Q>W, Q>W>E or Q>E>W. Don't delay W like that because it's a big power spike, especially if you skill it at level 2.
You kinda overrate some matchups as well. Ahri, Syndra, Morgana aren't necessarily hard, it all depends. It's actually hard to lose lane on Orianna in any matchup if you play her properly given how safe she is while being so oppressive at the same time, she has no direct counters.
First thing is that I don't recommend ignite anywhere in my guide. However I do state, that most things like summonerspells and items and such, are situational. Therefor I give options so that players know what they can take for each situation and choose what works for them.
Second thing is that nowhere have I written that you should go Deathcap second. Also I even highly recommend building for the situation you're in rather than buying items just because they are good. I do agree with buying it later. However, about the other items, I can't argue that there are better Items for Orianna and therefor these are only situational. This doesn't mean they are bad Items.
The skill order can be argued about, but this is my personal preference.
While the match ups might be overrated for someone that is kind of more familiar with these. When looking from a point of view where someone has almost no to zero experience with these, the match ups will be automatically harder.
In addition, Ignite is featured in your cheat sheet, but it's also highlighted in the guide itself, just like Flash is. Again, that implies you favor it over other options. While it might not be your intention, this is what the average reader is going to get from it. Keep in mind that the cheat sheet is the most important part of any guide - the only part the majority of your reader are going to refer to, so you should use it to display the optimal choices. It should always reflect what you're going to do in a standard game, and, just to name an example, the only time Deathcap second (no matter how important you think it is) is better than Liandry or Luden is when you're utterly dumpstering the enemy team and about to end the game in 20 minutes or something.
The skill order could be argued if you weren't doing a guide on Orianna. If you want to play her like that, go right ahead, but if your actual intent is to teach others how to properly play her, then you're absolutely in the wrong in many departments.
I guess I will take a good look at it and shift some things around to let it make a bit more sense and, when thinking about it, you are right about the skil order. (I even noticed that, in the sheet, I haven't even included Deathcap apart from the final build)
Yeah, Ignite can be fun in easy lanes where you can really exert kill potential, but more often than not you won't need it. Deathcap is really strong, too, and you naturally always want to have it in your full build, but buying it early really delays an item spike which is essential in mid game.
Just one question though: What's your favorite Orianna skin?
50-200 damage instead of 15-50 damage. The cooldown of elektrocute is much higher but still...
Anyway I'm working on including some more alternative runepages. (^_^)/
Like, I'm in awe at these. Seriously, amazing job! :)
No, serously, if you ever want or need anything like that. Feel free to ask and I'll make some for you. (^_^)/
That makes me very happy! You deserve it!
It is? :O That makes me even happier! haha
Also don't worry, it's not just you, even I sometimes miss everything haha (skillshots are hard!!). But in all seriousness, just remember that patience is key and it's often much better to hold onto Charm in particular so that you can either a. get a better postion and oppertunity to Charm by simply waiting or repositioning with Spirit Rush, or b. waste your opponents time trying to dodge nothing essentiallly or have them blow their jump/dash etc before attempting the skillshot. Most people expect you to throw out Charm immediately, and so holding onto it can give you the advantage of being unpredictable!
That's incredibly nice of you to offer :) I really, really like how you did the images for items :D
I'd only want you to make some for me if it's not too much trouble or time consuming though!
In return maybe I could go over some of your Ahri replays and give you all the advice I can? I can get your replays from replay.gg so it would be super easy for me to do and I also find it really fun going over replays :)
Just lemme know!

I mostly try that! But meh.. I mostly lose my patience or even don't have patience at all when not focussed XD

I'd love to make you some thou! Yes, it does consume some time, But I enjoy doing it ^^

Oh wow. Ready for some real action? Donno if I should be ashamed for having such amazingly bronze plays or if I should be glad that someone with knowledge wants to give me some advice :3 Anyway, if you want some good entertainment, my plays have it all =D Fail flashed, Bronze flashes (which I'm really proud of!) Awkward zhonya's, name it ^^ (I'm proud of every single one of my fails! I go ROFL re-watcing my plays haha)
But, seriously, my major flaw is that I play too careful, so that is something you don't have to tell me :/ other than that I need to have more patience, and ward >.< Maybe you can find something else :3

I get what you mean, it happens to me too. I'll often rush throw a Charm only to have it miss and then I'm like oh well now what :D Charm also feels awful to miss, it's definitely up there in terms of an ability that feels the worst when missed haha.

Yeah I mean, I found it super fun spending countless hours working on my Guide's graphical overhaul and I'm not even good at graphic design. It must be even more fun when you create wonderful masterpieces like you do! :)

I'm definitely ready for some real action, though I'm sure you're overexagerating!! If not, well then it just makes it easier to help you :) I promise I won't laugh! Although, I do find fail Flashes particularly funny :D :P

Trust me, that's nothing to be ashamed of, and I wouldn't call it a flaw at all. It's just your playstyle. In fact, I can guarantee that I play more passive and careful than you do, no joke. Some people see passive play as a negative thing, but I like to look at in the way of being a more strategic and thought-through process of playstyle. But yeah, sounds like you have a similar playstyle as I do, but that's certainly a very fitting playstyle at least for Ahri IMO and it's far from a bad thing! :)
