He doesn't update it for every patch. He just updates the title to say that it's viable, and obviously attract people since no1 would use this if the latest update on it was like lets say 9.5, even though it would be just as viable.

both are good, but IMO for newer players, the bloodrazor enchantment is better and safer

Hey! What about the new Wit's End ? On hit builds with that are insane! I'd like to know your opinion on this though. Wit's end, Guinsoo's, Shojin, they can MELT through tanks. Lethal Tempo with them is cool but im not sure if it's the best, what's your opinion on this ?

It works well with the on hit build, so if you are playing it you should totally build it third. But my guide is about crit, and it doesn't really synergize with it.

not as well, if you would like to run a keystone from that tree, I suggest hail of blades :)

good day, please tell me why 99.9% of Korean players use a key wound HAIL of BLADES ?? Did they learn some ancient Eastern wisdom or something?? :D I Wish that someone had explained about the situation. And help with the choice of runes only for the critical strike BUILD FOR the FORESTER Thanks!!

lethal tempo is better for early game fighting and skirmishes especially pre 6 without your ultimate, that is why I personally like to show it for my guide. Hail of blades is amazing too if you know how to use it properly, but you will be missing some things from the precision tree and be more vulnerable, all comes down to choice though. :)

I think Master Yi should not be used by beginner, it's hard to master, especially when you don't even know the game's basic. A friend of mine, took him as starter and really he played not badly, he played in a terrible way, of course maybe it was because we were in a mixed level team but think about it, it's not a good suggestion for starting as a jungler for the newbies

agreed, but people must start somewhere, any position will be hard for a noobie, just takes practice :)

When should i go on hit or critical, some people like to go full life steal on yi and others go crit. Which is best and when should i use them.

my guide doesn't have a build for on hit since it focuses on raw damage, though both are good in their own ways. I'd say if you are new to yi my recommended builds are very good for lower elos :)

i do not have challenging smite unlocked. does that mean im too much of a beginner to play master yi? :(

You don't unlock challenging smite, your normal turns into challenging smite when you buy an item : . As long as you have smite unlocked of course, you can play him. Good luck :)

About the content
-Very detailed, good explantion for everything. Just I got a little bit confused when I see so many items in the build. I just can't really understand which one is the best one, because I am not main player with Master Yi.
