Is in a bad place right now? Seems like her winrate/playrate has plummeted since the rune update.

Yeah she's awful right now unfortunately. :( Recommend staying well away from her until she receives buffs.

Okay, Wanted to try and learn/play her but her winrate is at 47-49% across all regions..

I'm getting kinda mixed signals here

Hey There i want to know ,for summoner spells there's flash + ignite or flash + ghost ,but what about flash + heal ,does it work well with Syndra ? Because i've seen a lot of Pro Players use it on Syndra

Can i ask what are ur comment on Liandras and Rylais. Can u also explain to me Void staff? Also what do you usually get when u have in ur team?

Rylai's isn't viable on Syndra anymore, the other 2 you can read about in the item section of the guide. If you have Ornn on your team you almost never get to build the upgrades anyway since you only want to get them once you're already full build. But in case you do actually make it that far into the game, I would personally build the Rabadon's upgrade first, but sometimes build the Zhonya's upgrade first instead if I'm facing a lot of AD that the extra armor can be worth it.

What to do when you have a azir mid? The sentinels are indestructibles, can't be grabbed or something, he just place 1, push it, and I lose half hp wihtout being bale to even get close enough for a sphere!

That's Azir for you. He can't move while using Q + auto-attacking with his soldiers though, so you can try and punish him with a QEW when he goes aggressive. As cancer as Azir is it's definitely a favoured matchup, since especially after level 6 if he gets caught by this combo he's as good as dead.
