Forgive me for my lack of Lee knowledge, as I don't own him!

Your items could use notes on why to pick one item in a section over another. The "Basic Items" section is also unnecessary, as selecting the fully built item gives the build path and all items included. It would work better as an "early items" or "first back" section, with 2-3 items in it. Similarly with the jungle items and enchantments, it's more attractive to put the two together, the finished item with the enchant.

In pros, "With all the tools he got" should be "With all the tools he has". "dismoral" is "dismorale", although that's not technically a word, though understandable.

Runes "60 different choices in total, splitted between 5 paths:" should be "split between 5 paths:", "In primary path," to "In your/the primary path,"

Under Overheal "casts on your full health in a powerful weapon!" to "into a powerful weapon!".
Under Legend: Bloodline "use it if your enemies got low to no hard crowd control" to "have little to no hard crowd control".
Under Last Stand "abusing their underestimation of that rune which you did pick." to "abusing their misjudgement of your rune choice." and "outdamage your target pretty greatly" to "outdamage your target pretty easily".

Under Electrocute "lot of ways to fast proc it, thanks to" to "lot of fast ways to proc it thanks to"
Under Cheap Shot "champions in your team, just pick this" to "champions in your team. Pick this" and "they could boost your damage with their utility)." to "they can boost your damage with their utility.".
Under Sudden Impact "give you much more that other two choices" to "give you much more than your other options".
Under Zombie Ward "believe other two rune choices" to "believe your other rune choices", "but it's very specific part" to "but it's an extra condition for the rune" and "Second, you will need allied wards" to "Secondly, you need allied wards".

I just realized you go through every tree and rune... that's too much. Give the main and secondary trees and keep the descriptions of unhelpful runes short. You only need to explain why they don't work.

Under your Abilities section your Safeguard tips and tricks are under Iron Will instead, and likewise with Tempest and Cripple.

In general I think you could afford to shorten your guide and descriptions quite a bit. This is a very detailed guide, and could easily be condensed to be much more concise, with all of your important information straight and to-the-point. You don't necessarily need descriptions of Boots or Stealth Ward, and much of this can be summarized in the note section of the items in the build.
