First, let me say: thank you for your comment on my guide (and for not calling me names). Second, this guide is a suggestion on how to play Sivir and is also how I prefer to do it. The objective is to get 100% critical chance, so if you don't like Hurricane, that's alright, just replace it with any of the other available options. Phantom Dancer and Shiv and Firecannon all provide the same amount of critical chance. Just pick whatever you are most comfortable with.
