A great, In-depth guide for fellow Ahri mains! This is probably the only Ahri guide i'll use, even though i don't play her as much as i used to do :^)

The changes are great. Her losing the Q movespeed isn't that big of a deal, it was gimmicky and unnecessary anyway so I won't miss it.

I've always played Ahri as an assassin over anything else and my favorite version of her was when she had the damage amp on Charm, so it'll be cool to see it back. Even if they choose to go with a version without the damage amp, she's trading movespeed for damage which I'll take any day.

I think she'll end up being over-tuned tbh, but I won't be complaining :^)

Also, looks like it's being delayed til 8.7 or later.

Detective Vapora strikes again!

I'm a little bit confused why would you go with 2nd Q on 3rd level instead of choosing W. Even if you miss your Q you can always rely on W when the enemy is closer, because it always hits and when you're starting by maxing your Q you sure can deal more damage but also when you miss you are left there without any skill to use. Not to mention about the psychological aspect for your enemy that you got something to defend yourself or even attack even if you missed some of your skill, the opponent will be more careful during attempting to kill you, which in some cases can save you.
The situational items are great and I am indeed using them, I don't get the Lich Bane part though, can you explain why do you use it and when? I mean, the passive seems pretty useless comparing for example to taking this item on Lux.

It's better to get a second level on Q since at level 3, your W is more of a mana sink. Yes you can guaranteed damage with it, but the early level 2 Q is a great poke which is better out. The only way for your W to be able to kill an enemy champ diving you is if they are on real low health, they shouldn't dive you if they don't do an all-in And if they do an all-in, they would do so at a point where they have enough health to do so, meaning that your W won't kill them in time.

As for using Lich Bane, do a ability, such as E, and then auto. Your auto damage is increased a lot by the passive, which makes bursting champs so much easier since the passive resets every 1.5 seconds.
