The runes are a bit generic, but are good for people who don't have a lot of IP to spend on a more optimized set.
I'm afraid I'm going to have to disagree with your choice of abyssal mask. The complete lack of AP makes it a huge damage drop, plus the extra mana really isn't necessary if you already have a morello. As for a MR item I find that banshee's veil is usually the best choice especially against matchups that out-burst you.
Hextech protobelt is fun with the extra dash, but it really isn't optimal. The AP drop is a bit harsh on Ahri because her burst is rather low already.
