Why don't you use Cull instead of Doran's shield?

Cull is a very greedy item and Doran's shield is very safe on Mundo and gives him exactly what he needs to be safe early game, HP + HP regen

Could use some more items apart from the 6 you have in the cheatsheet. Stuff like , and . Also should be in the cheatsheet somewhere too. Could add to your starting items as well, just for clarity purposes.

That's a good idea I will add those in, although I'm never sure about adaptive helm even in games where it'd be good I feel like spirit visage is just too crucial on mundo and building both seems kind of overkill to me unless they're full AP of course but I might be wrong about that.

Visage might be better in all cases but it's definitely worth building both if you're against + or something.

Awesome guide man,It really helped me to improve my skills and my tricks with Dr.Mundo
I think Dr.Mundo is one of the best and easiest champion in the game,I don't get it tho why people don't like this champion
He has the highest stable health regen It is just freaking awesome
