What's the viability of an almost full speed Teemo? Without the "proper" runes, I get him to 603 average movespeed. 100% crit chance, (although not very strong.) and a nice 25% life steal. Full attack speed too. I can get some nice scores with this. Anyone else see the viability of it?

Yea, not very viable.. Movespeed also has diminshing returns, which makes stacking kinda... bad. Over 415 MS you lose 20% and over 490 you lose 50%.
