I'm seeing this in several builds, but how do you buy boots if you have the Magical Footwear rune..?

I believe it explains in the rune description itself, but the Magical Footwear rune locks you out of buying boots for 10 minutes. At the 10 minute mark (earlier if you get kills/assists), the Slightly Magical Boots automatically show up in your inventory. After they do, you can upgrade them to tier two boots anytime you want.

The Slightly Magical Boots are the rune's substitute for Boots. With this rune, you can't buy Boots at all, and you get the free boots at 10:00 (-30s for each kill/assist). When you do get the rune boots, they do count as Boots in terms of upgrading, and subtract 50g from the cost of upgrading to T2 boots.

At the Synergy with your Carry section you have written Twitch instead of Kog Maw.

Thanks, I had him there but switched him because it looked too similar to an old guide.
