I don't play ekko a lot but, i'm thinking seraphs because you can use the shield to allow you to stay in the fights just long enough for your "shadow" to follow you into the fight. it can either help you survive or deal a ton of damage from your ulti. Stacking tear wouldn't be a problem because you can spam the Q to farm and poke.
I'm also thinking spellbinder because you can activate the charged up item to enhance your damage on the E as you go in to deal damage using your passive, this can increase the lich bane output too... Something along these lines. I hope!

I personally used to build Protobelt-->lichbane-->zhonya's and put magic pen or merc treads somewhere inbetween. Then for the last items it depends on the matchup, as if you're ahead it might be best to get deathcap to boost your damage by a lot, or to get banshee's if the enemy team has something like Annie which can surprise you with her Tibbers. Personally I've never built Seraph's on Ekko, just because I don't build mana items on him, so depending on how you like to build him it might not be the best option. I've seen some people built Luden's Ekko ( hehe ) on him, and although I don't like it myself, it gives a lot of mana, CDR and AP for the extra burst.
