I like your guide yami, but I disagree with a few thing. Fitstly, I think that the best start is - it will give you more sustain, and it can give you dmg for fights and it will give you more mana. And for secondary rune tree i thing that if you are taking scorcery i think you should take and or if you aren't against an ap champ take . Or if you are against smth that will take inspiration second with these runes and .

haha thanks. I think kayn is better as a jungler :)

Have you tried the Sorcery tree, Absolute Focus specifically? It might not do much in the middle of TFs but it helps a lot in laning just poking away and when joining fights from the side to assassinate, so I've been trying it and enjoying my time with it

Didn't expect a comment on this guide... it's been archived for a while but I probably forgot to remove the link on a few of my guides.

If I were to play kayn mid rn, I'd prob run celerity + ult hat secondary.

It's just too fun not to try Kayn mid so :P

Will try ult hat when I feel like it

Against whitch ap on mid its better to don't play kayn mid ?

Why do you upgrade E on 2level and not Q?

Sustain. You will almost never be fighting at level 2 on kayn so no point in taking q.

is this still possible to play at high elo? ,even with the new rune changes and meta shifts?

Not really, Kayn's mostly set as a jungler in high elo. However, keep in mind my definition of high elo is d1/master+, where the vast majority of players only play the most optimal builds and champs. He's certainly playable in lane in norms / lower elo, which is why I keep this guide up.

When I played Kayn mid, I was horrible. Then I stumbled on to your guide and its relaly helped me out. XD I only tried it once, but I wasn't horrible, thank gudness, right? So thank you for doing this guide, I would honestly rather mid kayn than jungle, call me crazy, but it's just what I feel is best for someone like myself xD
