Don't retire ADC! Lucian has the tools to beat Rengar and Kayn, it is just very difficult. You need to dodge Kayn's Slow/Knock up and kite away from his melee range. When he uses his ultimate you have time to react! As he exits your body, he will dash a direction and you simply dash the other direction. Same with Rengar. When Rengar uses his ultimate and jumps on you, wait for him to actually dash onto you then dash away. You can also use Lucian's W and ultimate combo to help kite away and gain insane movement without having to stop and auto! Also don't be afraid to go Bork>Cleaver and build Ninja Tabi! The thing about Electrocute is that 1. Taking primary domination does not give attack speed, 2. The third domination tree doesn't have many good options for Lucian and 3. It does the same type of damage, as in a 3 hit procc, but it does not give you 12% increased damage afterwards as it is made more for burst mages! Lucian will notice a slightly higher burst but significantly less damage overall. It is definitely not bad, but IMO press the attack is simply better overall. Thank you for your comment, I am not right about everything and I love to hear outside opinions.

@ Drunkgamer thank you! The supports that work best with Lucian are supports that either 1. Buff him up and enable him to move/do damage or 2. Lock the enemy down and enable him to do damage. His very best supports are probably Braum and Nami because they have the unique ability to add a dimension of on hit damage to the game and lightslinger is great at utilizing on hits. Others would be Thresh, Alistar, Leona, Karma. And of course this is all relevant to the meta.
