Have you messed with domination instead of sorcery as a secondary?
Having the +healing, OOC mvmnt speed, or +truedmg to CCd players, +Ulti CDR. Instead of ~20-30 Adaptive at 20/30min, or 20 adaptive if over 70%.

Also id def say Rapid Firecannon is too core to not rush, its the only way to make his gold card, even better. Proccing Stormrazor while throwing gold card kinda nullifies storm razor effect.

OOC mvnt speed = bigger gold card catch potential. And if you get the timing right with 40% CDR, and Gold Card, if you insta-lock immediately after the CD becomes available after throwing a gold card, it is guarenteed.

hello, i want try this build for mid but with rune of sorcery and the domination, what do you think?

So, time to abuse long range stuns with RapidFireCannon + Stormrazor? 720 Range stuns. And Fleet gets a lot stronger with that as well.

Then you could combine it with Essence Reaver to reduce the cooldown of your stuns, then go IE for even more damage and then Phantom Dancer to stay safe against burst.

whats your opinion on the 10% atk speed?

You really don't need the 10% extra atk spd because you will get plenty from the build and runes. You might consider taking it if you want to auto faster early but I still wouldn't take it.

In dark times like these (or just every preseason) it's time to pull out the top secret pick. I don't appreciate rito trying to delete marksmen every year at this time, but it does mean I get to have a load of fun with this. Thanks for making this guide, it really did help me a lot !
