Well, now let's start the proper review.
Your guide is really interesting, and just as you said, Hail of Blades is really helpful when playing as Vayne due to the quick trade possibility and making bursts a lot easier. A thing to note, however, is that Vayne's DPS is really dropped lategame without BORK + Guinsoo as MestreKei said, and I don't think that Black Cleaver will be enough to get rid of assassin's menace.

Anyway great guide, although you might not be able to further test new builds for this guide I'll make sure to use it until it becomes outdated.

I've tested and loved the Hail of Blades for Vayne, but the items are problematic. Stormhazor is godlike at lanephase, no question. But mid and late game becomes really bad on Vayne, and you will miss the BRK + Guinsoo combination for a long time, making Vayne's late game even more late. With the new patch, Celerity + Nimbus doesn't work anymore, so we should go for Precision. With all that said, this is a good build for a snowball match but I'm using Hail of Blades and going for BORK + Guinsoo instead, it works aswell.

Absolutely love the guide! If you are open to suggestions I feel that it could use more images to really bring it all together, but it looks great already!

Can you show some gameplay with this build?

I've tried this and it seems to work better if you run the same runes, but instead, go BORK and Rageblade.

I tried this in jungle. It is super hard to get enough gold to buy stormrazor. Plus, this meta is so bad. This build works in bot lane only if the enemy adc is an actual adc. I had a zed and fizz enemy bot.
