I dont even know what to say, but the first time i used it, playing for the first time with vayne, at Aram, i made a pentakill. Probably a good build then.

Sorry, I didn't notice you had replied to my comment because you must have created a new one. :)
It looks fine so far to me but maybe you could also add little explanations why you would put another champ, e. g. into the 4/5 thread/synergy category - like what's your perspective, what would you assume and what have you experienced when playing with or against the certain champs? Just share your thoughts and inside information a little more with your readers.
But besides that it's a really nice guide, keep it up! ‹3
