uh so why is Garen not part of the threats list

I sometimes use this guide even as support all i have to do i change up the runes

I think that sunfire is way better as first item now with its buffs. It gives you a damn ton of damage, if not sunfire, at least bami's cinder

Wouldn't revitalize be better because of the passive?

It's really up to if you want better scaling or stronger laning phase, both are viable but I just prefer Overgrowth for scaling.

i would disagree that darius doesnt do well when ganked, cuz he can 2v1 sometimes (same with illaoi). maybe thats only when hes fed though

This guide is AWEWSOME! i was gold 2 when i discovered maokai and this build, after this in 2 weeks im now plat 3 with 80% winrate, you're awesome goliath.

Glad you liked it man and congrats on the climb! I'm working on updating this guide to make it even better soon.

I'm confused, I open this guide, I see a rune set, I scroll down I see a different one, and in the item section, it alsos says a different set of runes.. "since you can get onto people with your W, and also because you have Righteous Glory and Unflinching." but overall is a good guide, you're a bit repetitive always talking about the flash+W combo xD and some other stuff, but I liked it and I learn a lot about maokai ty!

What would you reccomend for Maokai support?

I've never played Maokai support personally or really seen it, but I'd run aftershock and build items like knights vow, zeke's convergence, locket, frozen heart, warding item (i think it's called remnent of the aspect) or something, and boots.

I'm Corvux a main jugler and I want to know if you have ever play in the jungle or just at the top line?
I'm looking for different options and versions to create my own balanced .
What do you recomend?

Hey there, I've tried Maokai in the jungle a few times and it seemed pretty decent to me, I'm not sure about now since this we pre crab meta, and I'm guessing that he can't really duel other junglers early, but his ganking and clear speed should still be viable enough on paper.

Hey Goliath! First you should check the videos in the abilities description, seems to be all broken; then the cheatsheet is missing the summoner spells, if you were waiting for the bugfix for it now you can put them without them disappearing (or at least seems so). Finally the real build is the one described inside the guide or the one in the cheatsheet?

Fixxed both issues, good lookin out, as far as the build goes use the cheatsheet for now, I'm in the process of updating a few things on this guide once the actual season starts back up.

I love this guide, thanks a lot for making it. However, I feel like the Darius matchup should mention that Twisted Advance is the perfect counter for Darius' Q. It completely nullifies it, while also freeing you from the slow he most likely has put on you.
