another question, does actually work on teemo?

What do you mean by actually work, do you mean by does it synergies well with teemo? It is better than the other two options of spellbook and klepto, as the slow does help you keep up with enemies and will give you more spoon fed kills.

i actually quite enjoy this build i really want to try it and see how many people i can piss off with it and see if it works at the same time (i'll also assume you have tried it and actually won by doing this)

Haha great nice to hear! Yes i have also played quite a few games with this build, and i ranked up my smurf account from silver 3 to silver 1 by doing this. I hope you have fun with it as I like to play this when I am tilted and trying to relax a bit. Thanks for the feedback!

awesome i am OCE though so Bronze is as far as you can go really before you struggle to find ranked matches (just kidding plat to challenger is the difficult area) so i suppose i shall see where i get to with this <3
