Good guide, there is some work to do here and there, but overall it's like a rough gem.
I see you tried to highlight names by using bold on them, but you can use "[[" and "]]" around them for making them interactive links (like this Poppy¹). Also, some images would do really great on your guide chapters!

Anyway, keep working on this guide, I know one day it'll become one of the top guides!

I believe Poppy counters Kled. She can easily just ult him out of a teamfight - especially if he tries to use his ultimate ability to initiate. Not to mention she can just block his ult altogether.
