The Guide is definitely hard to read, you're Right. The Build for the guide is pretty much not going to change unless something Drastic happens but the guide is Work in Progress. I'll be updating it daily to make it look more appealing and easier to read. Thanks for reading

The New Conquerer on paper seems like a slight Buff but it's a lot more complicated. Currently Conquerer gives 20% True Damage & AD when Activated. Thew New Conquerer will give 10% True Damage, 10% Healing, and AD depending on Stacks. The New Stacked Conquerer on paper will be better than current Conquerer. Fiora will synergize with the new conquerer since she builds self-healing and the rune will slightly imrpove it as well. But The Problem lies on the Rune now working too well on Ranged Champs. I feel that if the Conquerer on Pbe comes to live, the amount of Top-lane Ranged abusers will also sky rocket. Also the True damage going from 20 -> 10% will definitely be a hit.

I've been testing changes on pbe and I kinda find it hard to proc the new conqueror. If youre against a hard matchup then it will be really hard to proc the conqueror since you have to auto the enemy laner 5 times before you even get the healing. Would love to know how to proc it faster when it comes out <3

Well You're gonna have to Q-Poke. Basically you're not going to walk up and start auto-ing them till you get Conq, that would be dumb. You'll Q-Poke them a couple of time(Since 1 proc lasts for 8 secs your Q will always come back up before you lose the first Proc) you do this a couple of times till you're at 3-4 Stacks and then you All-in. The Biggest problem with this is that it becomes obvious as to when you're going to All-in so they can just run away for 8 secs. Honestly as I said On Paper the change looks great(Less True dmg but more AD and more Healing WOW!) but the way it's changed will Just cause its abusers to come to top lane and destroy everyone who sucks at procing it. Honestly if Ranged abusers didnt exist it would be good. I also doubt that we'll be getting the new Conq in 9.4 unless Riot goes full ******.

Thank you for the tip! And I haven't seen many ranged champs going with it but I assume it would be absolutely gross to go with conq top as Caitlyn for example.

The Rework is Live now. I tested it out and It's not as bad as it may seem. Ofcourse I haven't fought Conqueror Yet so I cannot fully comment on it. Stacking it doesnt seem to be a huge problem once you get a hang of it though. Champions Like have been hit a lot harder though. I've updated the guide with an explanation on how to play around the Reworked, Check it out if you have problems.

Yeah Since they will stack Conqueror Faster and Much more easily it'll be broken. If you imagine Quinn Top Currently whenevert you try to hit her she just walks away since she's already farming with distance. She also has CC/dash away which she can use to completely reset your conqueror if you try to trade with her and she can just auto/use her ability on you to keep proccing. Ranged champions are just too good with it. A Melee vs Melee matchup wont affect Fiora too much but Melee vs Ranged will probably destroy her.
