Don't follow this build what so ever. It is just trolling since you cant deal enough damage to your lane opponent. Tried this in 9.16 and it does NOT work. If you want Top Lane Vayne, use regular rune set not this garbage rune set

bro this build sucks, at least on 9.10
and the reason is bcs 0 dmg plus is very easy to kill vayne

What is your opinion on Sudden Impact VS. Taste of blood? Both seem good on her

IMO Sudden Impact is worth to take when you're maxing Q, what is not really worth for now, but at the same time it's not that useless after maxed Q. Taste of blood heals you now every attack. So, i think that Taste of blood is much better than Sudden impact. When Silver Bolts will get nerf, i think it will be worth to max Q and take Sudden impact. Hope i helped.
