I agree with everything in this build but the ability order (depending on the adc tho)
I agree that you should build a good ammount of AP on her for Q poke and big heals and adaptive, but I don't see maxing Q and W before E as a great option because E is basically your only way to save your ADC and/or keep them healthy after taking some big damage from pokes, plus levelling E gives you charges quicker, however putting 1 or 2 points into W instead of E would be fine to me since enemy damage won't be too high and that extra AD can really help make up for your lack of any damage since Yuumi isn't that strong/useful early game.
EDIT: Another thing to say about the items, the slow from Rylai's does not stack, so you're wasting money on it if you have literally any points in your Q

GREAT POINTS. IF YOU GET ABSOLUTELY CUCKED EARLY THEN BY ALL MEANS, MAX THAT E. HOWEVER, BY DOING SO YOU'RE ACKNOWLEDGING THE ENEMY IS THE SUPERIOR LANE AND YOU ARE SIMPLY A PASSENGER, OBSERVING THEIR CLIMB TO CHALLENGER. BY MAXING E YOU ARE ALLOWING YOUR ADC TO ALSO LOOK ON WITH AWE AS THEY DOMINATE YOUR MATCH, SHREDDING THROUGH ANY HOPE YOU HAD OF WINNING YOUR THIRD ROUND OF PROMOS.
