Yes, Lethal tempo is a viable option, along with press the attack and Conqueror.
However in this current meta, conqueror is recommended

Would be nice if you updated it. Im reffering to the running out of mana and using mana properly parts.

Hi, i also play kindred, in my experience i dont really have mana issues. Ive also played when manamune kindred was meta, back 2 years ago or so

Hello, Thank you for your comment wombat.
Personally I like to go offensive, and sometimes flex if the enemy has a lot of fed people.
For the offensive setup, and you have a lead early, its always good to go straight for an offensive build as it gives you much higher success rate in your ganks to kill the opponent, however if you have no front line, its good to build flexible so you should build some tankiness to last longer in the fight, thats why i build Black Cleaver and Guardian Angel.
If you are fully dominating or have a good front line, build damage.. I usually build 'Blade of the ruined king' after finishing jungle item, followed by 'Guinsoo's Rageblade' and then 'Phantom Dancer'. You will have to see what their team is composed of. If they have tanks, Build 'Black Cleaver' instead of 'Phantom dancer', or if they have a lot of magic damage, build 'Wit's End'. Also always choose the right boots against their team, as it makes a big impact.
It is really not worthy going defensive build with Kindred.
