Yes, I personally run the Electrocute tree with Sorcery as my secondary. This time you have to swap in waterwalking. I like to rush my Jungle item with Sorcs + Oblivion orb. Thats a really big power spike. Taliyah Jungle is really strong at fighting I wouldn't shy away unless I was low on mana and you travel faster than most junglers so you should probably gank as much as you can. Always hold on to your W unless they are stunned. Usually your Q + E + autos (especially if you have red buff) is enough for a kill and I hold the w for AFTER they flash. Typically you and your opponent get into awaiting game, hes waiting to flash your W, your waiting for him to flash so you can cast it, eventually his health gets low and he has to use it or die with it. A gank from a good Taliyah is a flash burned at the very minimum so visit each lane early to give them that advantage.

Edit: End the game as soon as you can. Many junglers won't necessarily outscale Taliyah, her damage will always be insane. But they become more tanky and useful with their cc. You are pretty much a second mid laner.

Good synergies for Taliyah would be anyone that can root, stun, slow enemy champs. Champs like Lux, Yuumi, Sona, Pyke, Maokai etc you get the point. :)
