is taking dark harvest instead of electrocute good on veigar? I don’t play veigar so much, so I’m not too sure about it

Hey, this was a great guide and it really helped me when I mained Veigar, but some build notes and matchup descriptions are outdated as Kleptomancy isn't in the game anymore.

Hey! Trying out some of the runes and builds you recommend, and I'm wondering - what are your recommended builds against strong melee mids like talon and qiyana? Obviously they're not quite as threatening as fizz and zed, but I'm not quite sure what the best runes are against them.
