What's the best way to counter if you go into a game with shadow runes and an enemy gets fed and you have to switch to rh***t instead of shadow any way to counter with shadow runes or is it ggs

Well it depends on the Shadow Assassin you have. If you have Electrocute, you should be alright as the electrocute rune pages are pretty similar between Rhaast and Shadow Assassin all you miss out on is a little bit of tenacity and healing. Rhaast is always going to be useful even when behind because a well placed W can turn a teamfight. Just try to keep farming, build tanky and look to knock the enemy back line up :)
If you have Dark Harvest, it is still possible to do well as, once again, Rhaast has excellent cc. Just know that you will have much less burst damage, especially if you're behind.

I really wanted to try Kayn as he carries most of his games and I when playing jg have no chance against him. Kayn has very good skills and after transformation, he's literally unstoppable if he already has a strong snowball from the beginning. Honestly one of the best assassin and fighter as shadow assassin and Rhaast.

Agreed, Kayn is fantastic as both a fighter and an assassin, especially when fed, if you are struggling to win games against him, try picking early focused junglers like Udyr into that matchup. If you manage to pick a strong early character, try tracking his movements through the jungle and contesting him over his OWN buffs! Once you have a couple kills, use that advantage to gank lanes, snowball your lead and enjoy the free win :)
