Any reason we should go for attack speed in runes over lifesteal ? And why coup de grace rather than last stand ?

9.23 Conqueror vs Grasp of the undying?? Could u tell me when to use what and how to play with each??

is now better than in almost all Match-ups but you can take it regardless of match-up and win lane. Since has True Damage in her kit thanks to and she can still beat down Tanks so she wont be affected by the Tank meta as much.
On how to play with : Hitting someone with your Q() gives you 2 Stacks.
If you Poke someone with your Q a few times you should have 4-6 Conqueror Stacks very easily. Once you're at 6 Stacks you can go in and Conqueror will proc very early in the Fight. Conqueror does heal for quite a lot even in the early game. The reason Grasp was better before was because it was better during the laning phase but now Conqueror is almost as good as grasp so theres little reason not to take it.

I'll be renewing the guide for Season 10 in a few days, you should check it out later maybe you'll learn something more.

Thank you so much, I have been using Conqueror alot lately and its been really good, I never got the chance to use undying but instead I take resolve secondary and I always take Demolish and Bone Plating/Overgrowth to help me out in the laning phase and when im splitting, is there amy scenarios where I take a different rune page secondary?

Before Patch 9.23 if you were up against a Ranged Top-laner or someone with Dashes, I recommended Sorcery Secondary with Conqueror. You'd take Nimbus Cloak and Gathering Storm Secondary. Nimbus let you catch up to ranged champions thanks to the Movememnt speed it gave and Gathering storm was a safety pick for late-game. Sadly now has been reworked into something entirely different and taking sorcery secondary for the sole purpose of is not worth it.
I never recommend Dommination Secondary and Inspiration doesn't do much for fiora either. For now Resolve Secondary is definitely the one and only option for you. You should read up on the explanations I have for runes to decide what exactly you should take in Resolve for every scenario. Like making sure to take vs and playing around that. Maybe remembering to take against Poke Lanes and playing around it by taking shorter trades every 10 seconds to out-sustain. Demolish is great whenever you can have it.

Thank you again, I understand wich runes to pick now, never knew second wind was an option for such scenarios, poke lanes would really demolish me in lane even if I took bone plating. This will help me win laning phase a bit more often.
