Great guide, thanks. I'm a support main and Janna is my only champion with LVL 7 mastery (for now).

Any thoughts on ability haste (CDR) shard instead of adaptive? I've been using that. Also biscuit instead of future's market - is that ok? I'm not used to that borrowing thing. But if it's strong then I could start using it.

sure, you can take ability haste instead of adaptive, it's just preference for me but i don't think it makes that much of a difference, so take whatever you like best.

biscuits are okay, but i see them more as a way to cover for your own weaknesses in lane, they help you get away with not playing optimally. and yes, i think future's market is so strong!! getting moonstone at 10 minutes into the game can be such a difference maker

The vigilant wardstone is'nt in the game anymore so the guide should have a little update

I'm not sure what you mean, The Vigilant Wardstone is very much still in the game. I do still buy it as a last item.

When I saw my item set for Janna it said that it wasn't in the game anymore. But if you are sure it's still there, then I'm sorry for the inconvienent and have a nice day.

Why don't you like Shurelya's Battlesong? I think it's really good especially if you got lots of tanky teamates

I just find healing 15k every game more valuable than making your team go zoomies. But if you like Shurelya's more, by all means buy it!!

Hey! Thank you for this guide, I've picked up some things when I first began learning Janna. Since before her update and adjustments, I've always loved to go for the Aery + Domination setup with Relentless Hunter. What do you think of using Waterwalking for map pressure? Having a max-level W, with full Relentless stacks and Waterwalking active would mean Janna could make it to other lanes very quickly, and even before then, she'd be pretty fast to help with not only destroying the enemy team, but with objectives too.

Yeah, before they changed her Aery + Domination was definitely the best rune setup! But now considering how well Glacial + Resolve secondary works on her, I no longer take either Domination or Sorcery, so no Relentless Hunter or Waterwalking (which is a pretty bad rune btw, I would probably always recommend against taking it anyway). And since she's more utility based now, E max is better and maxing W is a bit of a waste? Movement speed is a great stat and if you're playing 4fun you could still go for those rune/level up choices, I just think they're currently not optimal on her.

what do you think Janna's powerspike would be?

Nothing too crazy, she gets stronger with every completed item just like every other champ (but especially after boots and Moonstone)

For what cases would the glacial rune and the aery rune be used? I play janna but I always serve with glacial in most of them it gives me up and I feel safe with that rune but I would like to see if with aery I can change from time to time and not be so repetitive

Currently I don't think it's ever worth to go anything other than Glacial, I just don't want to delete the other rune pages since they might become viable again at some point.

I must say that this guide is great! The graphics are very creative/pleasing to look at. The information that you have written in your guide is very articulate and educational. The only thing that I can ask is make a “Core Items”(I know you talk about it in the “Items” Section) so that people know what to rush, because most people come and just look really quick at the build and don’t really read the guide to see the information. But other than that this guide is great, I really love it. Good luck with finishing it I’ll be sure to come back to it!

Hey, thanks for the input and taking out the time to comment! I thought about a "Core Items" section, but outside of and s, there are no other items I can guarantee I build each game, as everything is situational (even the boots).

That is true and I did realize you explain all of the situations in which you would build what items within your guide. No problem for giving you some input! Just like to comment on new and upcoming guides I love for the champions that are within my champion pool.
