You can either do the quick level 3 for ganking (red/blue +wolves and red/blue) or do a full clear starting red side with hunters talisman with red to crugs to chickens then cross over or do a transition gank into blue side. I find doing a full clear on Rakan doesn't give as much results as ganking early. Late game you should prioritise chickens and wolves as you clear them the fastest regardless of build and give buffs up to your laners. Also on invades you can clear chickens and group fast enough to do them with relatively no vision (emphasis on relatively)
