Hey everyone! Patch 10.10 came out and so did Pick URF. I'm really excited to play it again and I thought "I should write a Tier list for URF." My last tier list, One for All, didn't turn out so well due to some unexpected occurrences in my life that caused me to afk from League for awhile. Thankfully, I'm back and safe. I plan to write about EVERY champion in pick URF through personal games and different builds. Similar to my last tier list, there is no F tier because I believe you can play anything and build anything and make it work. Pick URF has been out for less than 12 hours so please allow me to take the time to play URF games and test some things. I will update this tier list by the end of each day. Anyways, thank you all for taking the time to look at my tier list.

URF Buffs: Ashe, Caitlyn, Diana, Ezreal, Gangplank, Gnar, Janna, Jayce, Jinx, Karthus (finished), Lucian (finished), Miss Fortune (finished), Nidalee (finished), Olaf (finished), Pyke (finished), Rakan (finished), Ryze (finished), Senna (finished), Sett (finished), Sona (finished), Talon (finished), Vel'koz (finished), VI, Xayah (finished)

URF Nerfs: Alistar (finished), Annie, Corki, Elise, Evelynn, Illaoi, Ivern, Jax, Katarina (finished), Leona. Maokai, Nami, Ornn (finished), Poppy (finished), Quinn (finished), Rammus (finished), Rek'sai (finished), Sejuani (finished), Shaco (finished), Sion (finished), Skarner (finished), Sylas (finished), Udyr (finished), Urgot (finished), Vladimir (finished), Volibear (finished), Wukong (finished), Yorick (finished), Yuumi (finished), Zac (finished)

Hey everyone! As I am writing this, Riot decided to add more buffs and nerfs as a mid patch update. Looking at the changes, some champions will moved slightly and some moved to different tiers entirely. It is late and I got a lot of work to do but I also played lots of games of URF with different champions and builds. Expect a HUGE update in champions and tier lists tomorrow. Anyways, Thank you all for hanging in there with me. Remember to stay safe and let's all enjoy some League of Legends. (Thank you Riot for nerfing Yuumi)

URF Buffs: Ahri (finished), Cho'Gath, Corki, Fiddlesticks, Kai'sa (finished), Miss Fortune (finished), Mordekaiser, Nunu, Pantheon (finished), Thresh (finished)

URF Nerfs: AAtrox (finished), Diana, Fizz, Kassadin (finished), Orianna (finished), Yasuo (finished), Yuumi (finished)

I'm so sorry everyone. Just finished my last week of school, which means I can go back to my normal life and continue to work and upgrade my Guides and Tier list. I am sorry for the week wait but I'm finally back. Today and Tomorrow, I will update this tier list until it has every champion, mark my words. Thank you all for being patience with me. I promise to make up for the days I missed.

URF Buffs: Fiddlesticks, Fiora, Heimerdinger, Janna, Pantheon (finished), Quinn (finished), Rumble (finished), Sona (finished), Tahm Kench (finished), Thresh (finished), Vayne (finished), Xayah (finished)

Ezreal should just be removed during urf, its not even fun to play against, you just right click in lane, he E's, then activates his Q macro and oops, you died when he pressed E, because he is full AP. What a complete disaster of a tragedy!

Hello,

First of all I'd like to say that your tierlist is AMAZING. I don't really like the fact that people sometimes downvote tierlists just because they disagree with you. Honestly I also kind of disagree with you about some champions here like Poppy, Orianna and Pantheon but that is just my opinion that I have, because my brain works differently then yours (no offense lol XD) and I play different champions. What I see is a lot of effort in champion describtion, 7 tiers at total (that's quite a lot) and nicely done champion describtion. You are giving me no other choice then to +1 you guide, keep it up <3

Thank you for the vote, with over 140+ in League and a job, It is hard for me to work on this 24/7 but I promise to work my *** off this weekend. Also, I completely understand the disagreements. Honestly, One tricks can make their champion look great and because I can't play every champion well, I often ask high elo friends to help me out and I watch how they play. For example, If I don't own or I can't play a certain champion, I will ask them to play that champion and try different build, and to give me their opinion. If they say, it trash or it's good, I will take their word for it since they are a lot better than me. Champions like Aphelios, Rumble, and Trundle have been influenced by them. Anyways, Thank you for the up vote again, I shall continue to work on this today and tomorrow.

I highly disagree on Aphelios' position here. His main strength is not in spamming his Q but being able to switch to whatever weapon he wants quickly while still having very strong damage output and decent utility depending on his guns. His ult can also be a huge game changer in teamfights if you have the right gun combos (which you should since you can just Q spam to switch guns). Assuming your team doesn't hard int and go in 1 by 1 then he's actually pretty good and very fun to play. Also it's so easy to stack your Crescendum mid-late game that you literally 1-2 shot nearly everyone and shred through objectives. The only downside about him is that his lvl 1 sucks in the toplane fiesta besides the occasional Calibrum poke and his early levels don't give him a lot of all in potential against most match ups so he has to depend on an ally on the side lane to help with that.

Thank you for the feed back but there is no way I can give Aphelios higher than C tier without some type of URF buff or something. Aphelios got no mobility leaving him open to get nuked by most, if not all S tier champions and higher. The only way you can save yourself is your self peel with Gravitum. You can't relay on your team mates every time. He may be able to poke well but his insane damage only come in the late game. Games in URF last roughly around 17-22 minutes which, by that time, Aphelios should have about 3 items and boots. He can become a god in the late game around 5 items or full build but URF games usually don't last long enough for him to reach that point. Finally, Crescendum R should never be used when Gravitum, Infernum, and Calibrum are available. The extra damage is good and all but It is no where near as impactful as cc from Gravitum, burst damage with Infernum, and insane range of Calibrum. It should mainly be used as a turret. I'm sorry but I just don't see the potential in Aphelios.

Where would you place Talon and Shen and Yi
1
PapiCholo (3) | May 30, 2020 2:21am
Master Yi is hard to run from and has great damage when he gains 2 items. The smallest of leads can make Master yi steps closer to becomeing a monster. I would add him to the S tier. Talon has alright spammable abilities but great roam and damage. He can get strong and the game will esculate from there. After the enemies build few items, she would be nearly as strong as he once was but he is still a threat. I would place him in the A tier. Shen was fun to play but he is a low B tier champion in my opinion. Shen's can block autos with his E but its almost useless in URF where you can spam abilities, only strong against certain champions. His damage is underrated and his E cc is annoying to deal with, not to mention his R is global and can help those across the map in seconds. He is a tank though and can only do so much if his team isn't doing too well.

Where would you put Diana in this tier list
1
PapiCholo (3) | May 28, 2020 9:30am
Diana is for sure an S tier pick but I wished to test something new on Diana in URF to see weather this could make her God tier. I wanted to test Phase rush on Diana after I saw it used in Korean solo/duo. Normal conq Diana is worthy of S tier and I plan to add her in really soon after I test Phase rush.

Where is Xerath the Death Star?
1
PapiCholo (3) | May 28, 2020 9:34am
Xerath does feel like the death star with his insanely high damage but he falls short due to the URF 'meta" mainly consisting of gap closers and one-shot champions. He isn't a bad pick but I often just say "why pick Xerath when Vel'koz is a better pick."

Hi,
The guide you made is quite good, although the are some champion that doesn't appear. I don't blame you it is very difficult to put them all in one tier list since they are more than 140 champion (to be exactly there are 140 champion I think). But these champion at URF are very good especially the one of them that I am going to say: he is of coarse Zed. I am sure that you have seen him in a game but I am not sure if you have seeen him with a good player. He needs a lot of skills to know where you should put your shadow and the other stuff. The other is Anivia she is very good .... to troll her teammates :D. She can cage them to their base stop channeling spells and other things. Also, again a very good troll-champion at URF is Tahm Kench. He can eat his teammates and annoying them very very much. Of coarse he is not as before because then he was gaining movement speed when he was eating them and now he slowed but again he is good at trolling. Also, Ashe is one of the non-appeared champion of the list. Anyway, good job!

Hey Paokgr, I have played Zed a lot and know how crazy his shadow + Q poke is. Its low key crazy how much damage he can go. A good Zed makes him a god tier pick and average zed players make him a S tier pick. Later today, I make the decision where he should go in S or God tier. For ashe, that woman is an easy D tier while Anvia is somewhere in high C or low B tier. Tahm kench was fun when I played him but he wasn't that good. It felt great though, when you eat a team mate and spit them towards the enemy. I love the spam of ? pings when they die.

Ok, thank you for replying didn't know that you were just thinking about where you should put him.👍

Why is not yuumi the best?..ofc she can´t play alone :D..but she is the most op champ at urf
1
lemonbellflower (22) | May 26, 2020 4:43pm
She got pretty dunked on as they nerfed her heal, and if you kill her quick so she can't get anywhere by mid/late game, she's practically useless.
1
vledermau5 | May 24, 2020 3:36am
Diana is quite strong as well but I don't know where to put her specifically.
1
PapiCholo (3) | May 24, 2020 4:59am
I probably would place her high S tier (maybe god tier) due to her Lunar Rush (E) being able to close the gap in fights. Her combo is lethal, giving her the power to burst any champion. However, she was slightly nerfed which is why I'm hesitant to put her in god tier. In the end, she is for sure a great pick.

Very nice tier list and thanks for the updates.

I was just wondering where would neeko be positioned, since she can deal a lot of damage and be a nuisance with her ult (but get's bullied/poked fairly easy by long ranged guys)
1
PapiCholo (3) | May 19, 2020 1:38am
I thought at first Neeko would be an A tier pick but after a few games, I sadly feel like I have to put her somewhere around top of C tier. I thought she would chain CC with her E and followed up by and easy Q + R combo. It kinda worked. When you hit her CC you dont have a lot of time to get off your combo and any champion with a dash can get out just in time before her R comes down. That being said, She has good damage and good cc is she hits it. When I get time to add more champions, I might push her to B tier.

Back again! I'm loving where this is going, thank you for your continual updates. While I'm not good enough with Lucian enough to really use him properly in URF, I've heard the stories. I've heard his name in discords and forums alike, praising his usefulness, so I'm not that surprised to see him in S tier, nor am I surprised to see Kai'Sa even with her nerf. As for Morgana... "good luck trying to get away from our favorite big tiddy goth girl" genuinely made me chuckle, and it's how I'm describing my play style from now on. Thank you.

PapiCholo (3) | May 19, 2020 1:20am
Funny story, My friends and I were giving champions new names whether they were memes or actual good champion names. We gave Morgana the name "big tiddy goth girl" because we compared her to another friend of ours and she calls herself that so it stuck with us ever since. Maybe I'll add so more jokes/stories in champion descriptions but anyways, thank you for the continued support. I just wish I had a lot more time to finish this tier list.
1
lemonbellflower (22) | May 19, 2020 12:09pm
Oh my gosh, I love that for yall. :D And by all means, totally add more jokes/stories if you have the time! They make lists so much more enjoyable. Totally understand the time constraints thing, but I think we can be patient. I'll be back again!

knif (3) | May 18, 2020 3:38pm
I can vibe with most of this list! Do you think Vel'koz would be an okay addition to like average-ish tier after the buffs? I feel like he's got great damage and can stack his passive pretty easily, even with his low mobility.
2
PapiCholo (3) | May 19, 2020 1:12am
Oh for sure, Vel'koz has the ability to one shot champions when they get hit by the E and when his passive goes off. I thought about where to place him and even asked my buddies. We all came to an agreement that he should be bottom of A tier. When I get the chance (whenever I finish work), I make sure to add Vel'koz and a lot more champions.
