Does any Annie skin give an advantage, with better basic attacks or more fluidity?
I have seen sites that they recommend skins for x champs because the animations and certain details are better and give an advantage over other skins, does this happen with Annie?

What would Arcane Comet or Electrocute runes do more damage?

What composition would be better to go full damage?
Arcana comet-Manaflow Band-Absolute Focus-Scorch-Cheap Shot-Ravenous Hunter

Or

Electrocute-Cheap Shot-Eyeball Collection-Ravenous Hunter-Scorch-Absolute Focus

-Arcane Comet might do more total damage because you can proc it more often, but you're only guaranteed to land the comet if they're stunned, but if they're stunned you're going to be able to proc Electrocute. I would go with Electrocute since you usually want to burst people with Annie more than you want to poke, but this could depend on your playstyle and what mid champ you're playing against.

-Personally, I would go with Electrocute-Cheapshot-etc, and ditch scorch for Gathering Storm so that I have more burst damage later in the game, but if you like poking people then keep Scorch and go Arcane Comet since you'll end up whittling people down to lower HP early and getting more early kills.

Does the bear's basic attacks activate electrocute? do you know if bear activate any rune?

I happened to find your guide today! I really love the little no-matches girl. Also, your play on words for a title just fits perfectly! xD

You're already focusing on a ton of valuable information, such as runes, items and playstyles.
I just happened to notice that you have a second rune suggestion page with but you aren't explaining the keystone rune in your runes section. Also, I'd love to see more synergy picks and explanations of counters and threads. I know it's time-consuming and hard work, so don't worry and take your time since I'm assuming that this guide is still not completely done to the point you'd like to have it one day. That's fine! I think you're already displaying many crucial points and this guide will surely help people improve on and encourage them to play her more.

I will definitely be adding more info about "match"-ups.

Electrocute is a good choice as well because you don't need boots to get access to its damage and it has a much lower cooldown than Predator, so you'll able to make use of its extra damage more often. I added an explanation in the guide in the paragraph with Predator, I hope that helps!
