What is a good case scenario to use the Riftmaker + Ravenous build?
Or is it just for the fun of healing a lot?

When I built it I was usually going against tanks / bruisers, team comps i know i'm going to be able to have an ongoing fight. The whole idea of that build is to gain as much life steal / sustain as possible (which is also why i bring spirits visage with it). It's somewhat experimental and is fun to use.

Is presence of mind still good on Akali, or is there anything better

if you run conq or fleet i'd recommend it. Still gives you a good amount of energy needed for continuing a fight. I like how triumph feels on eletrocute though.

Put Kled in the major section. Very hard to kill, does a lot of damage, and reveals you in shroud if he lands q.

Forgot to also say that his e has true sight too, so even if he misses q once you go into shroud he can still reveal you with e
