Well Aphelious is just getting a buff in the next patch, so congratulations if you play Aphelious x)
And Sett should be nerfed, like REALLY NERFED!! He's so annoying!
Samira should be on the nerf list, she is already getting nerfed in the next patch, but still NEEDS MORE! xD

I personally think that Aurelion Sol needs a buff, if anything. He's been pretty weak lately, but not too big of a buff, as then he'll be too strong in professional and high-elo play.

Hey TampaxOnline,
sorry for the late reply. Please realize that the last update of this tier list was on August, 9. So some champions might have gotten a nerf or buff in the mean time. It's certainly a little outdated since I was and in fact still am quite busy lately. Sorry for the inconveniences, I hope it did not bother you too much. I'll update it now.

About the items nerf. As far as I know, Riot plans to change a few items with the start of preseason. It's been some time since I read the statement but I'm somewhat sure there might be some that Master Yi uses as well, since it were mainly AD items. However, don't forget that there's a reason why Master Yi doesn't get high pick rates in high elo - his early game is quite easy to counter.

If there's anything else you'd like to discuss, feel free to. I'm always looking forward to that. :)
Cheers, Wicked Cherry.

I want Riot to give AMUMU some love.. Long time he didnt get anything,he was buffed for 1 week and then they nerfed his R (CD) Again..

Wicked Cherry (162) | August 19, 2020 10:00am
Hey ZLOCO,
thank you for your comment.
It's true that some champions remain rather untouched by Riot, Lulu for instance is also a good example, just as well as Amumu. But I think they consider these champs with winrates around the 50% mark as quite balanced. So that's probably the reason why they are quite happy about Amumu's current state.

Hope that helped a little, but I get where you're coming from.
Cheers, Wicked Cherry.

Vel'Koz didn't make the cut for nerfs? Don't know any other champ that can consistently 1v5.
1
Wicked Cherry (162) | August 9, 2020 11:42am
Hey Adovock,
thank you for your comment and suggesting to add Vel'Koz to the nerf tier. I checked his win rates and he's got an overall win rate of 51.96% (today at the time I'm commenting), in high elo he's got quite varying win rates from 49.77% in Grand Master to 54.11% in Master. That might be due to the varying number of games played, but he does not seem to unbalanced to receive a nerf in my opinion, at least not when you're checking the statistics.
However, feel free to convince me otherwise. :)

Cheers, Wicked Cherry.

Gnar nerfs?
1
Wicked Cherry (162) | August 9, 2020 11:35am
Hey Gloxinia,
thank you for your comment. When I added Gnar (which must have been one or two months ago), he had an extremely positive win rate. Right now he's between 48% overall and 52% in Master and GrandMaster. So I'm assuming he seems pretty balanced right now. Thanks for pointing that out, I will delete him off this list. Do you however have any other suggestion of who should be either nerfed or buffed?

Cheers, Wicked Cherry.

sorry for the late reply, but i believe fiddlesticks (in general) and rammus need major nerfs, not so much that they are unplayable, but just enough to redue their immense map pressure and damage

I think ADC Senna should get a buff, but support/fasting senna should get a nerf. I was thinking that if Senna has a support item, then her souls gave her less value, and made cannon minions senna kills give souls. What are your opinions on my ideas

Wicked Cherry (162) | May 16, 2020 3:54am
Hey BlackguardRaven,
thank you so much for your comment and sharing your thoughts on my tier list. :)

It's somewhat ironic because you're at least the third person talking about buffing Senna. Her win rates in the upper elo is pretty high though (Challenger and Grand Master 54%, even 56.9% (!!) in Master, for instance).
About the ADC-support thingy, I honestly see Senna as more of an ADC rather than a support. However, Riot didn't picture her as full-on ADC when they created her, so I'm guessing that they'll rather try to emphasize her support role and nerf the ADC side of her. I imagine they wanted to have another couple on bot lane that would just synergize pretty well, like Rakan and Xayah.

I hope I could help out and explain why I put her into the nerf tier (which mainly focuses on her support role). If there's anything else on your mind or you'd like to keep discussing, please feel free to do so. :)

Cheers, Wicked Cherry.

I feel like Gnar is a little broken... would nerfing him be wrong? He just seems WAY too strong.
1
Wicked Cherry (162) | May 15, 2020 10:56am
Hmmm.. I don't know to be honest. Haven't seen many Gnars recently, but let me check his win rates:
Overall - 49.12%; Master - 52.37%; Grand Master - 59.43%; Challenger - 53.66%
So I'd say, a slight buff, probably base stat or mana wise would be enough, but yeah. He seems pretty strong, especially in higher elo. oO The 59% was data contributed from only a bit more than 100 games, so it might not be too accurate but a slight nerf should feel fair. I'll add him. Thanks. :)

No problem! I’ve been playing against him quite a bit recently, and he feels like a top lane ranged Fizz. You can’t go in against him because of how slippery he is, but he WILL kill YOU.

Would giving twitch a small buff be terrible? he's SUPER FUN, but in the F tier for pretty much everything. I feel like if they gave his E a passive that did physical damage per second along with the true damage per second, just to add a little damage potential and make Black Cleaver viable for him, I feel like that would help his E active deal more damage, help with his mobility, and just help his play rate a little.

Wicked Cherry (162) | May 13, 2020 12:54pm
Heya,
I think it really depends on what you mean by "small buff". He used to be super strong as jungler and ADC some patches ago. The last two seasons he was super annoying. From my point of view, it's fair that a champion can't always excell (over the average) in every kind of meta. Giving his E a passive might be possible but it somewhat sounds overpowered as well. I mean he already has a stealth and the stacks and the AOE from his ult and the other ability. I just feel like he'd actually gain a slight lift if they buffed attack speed items a little. But I might be wrong about that.

You, like, read my mind when it came to nerf, with the exception of Senna. I think she's fine, although I do see your point that you made to FuzzyFuz. But Darius and Garen?? Fizz?? FREAKING WUKONG?!? I have to really steel my soul whenever I'm against them, because while I am a Never Give Up, Never Surrender kind of person, I see those champs and I just sink. They're so hard to play against and way too easy to play. There's no challenge. And quite frankly, especially in the case of Darius and Garen, all of their voice lines are so annoying or aggravating to me, which is a major reason why I *don't* play them. I hate that it'll sometimes take my entire team to take one down, and if they even cross my path when I'm alone, there's no point in running. I'm always too slow. Even with flash, they catch up, and there's no point in even trying.

I would love to see an Ivern buff. I don't think I've ever seen him, and it's a shame, because he seems like a genuinely good champ that just can't keep up. I'm not sure what funneling means, though, so I can't comment on that... but really, great list. I wholeheartly agree!

Wicked Cherry (162) | May 13, 2020 1:02pm
Hey lemonbellflower,
thanks for agreeing with me. :) I know what you mean. xD I'm almost literally the person voting No even when it's somewhat obvious that it's gonna be real hard to win this. But I've actually won some games that seemed so not winnable that I wouldn't want to miss out on the experience nor on the LP. I honestly thing the hardest to catch are Fizz and Wukong - they literally have the ability to dodge pretty much everything and even escape with abilities with low cool down, a slight raise might already do the trick although the DOT of Fizz' is driving me insane - and the hardest to escape from is Garen because he's a freaking bayblade spinning in a death's dance right through the front line and getting everywhere..

Yeah, Ivern is such a great champion with so much potential but he's pretty much never played because he's just too weak for team fights. :< It's pretty sad.

lemonbellflower (22) | May 13, 2020 2:33pm
I'm sorry, but "freaking bayblade spinning in a death's dance" is going to stay in my head forever, aaaaand now I have a MIGHTY NEED for Riot and Takara Tomy to collab so we can get the best Bayblade/Garen skin League has ever seen. XD

I KNOW!!!!! DARIUS'S VOICE LINES ARE SO TILTING!!! Seriously, they just get me down any time I'm playing against OR as them! Darius: You thought you could run? I have my W AND E, BOTH OF WHICH APPLY SLOWS for no apparent reason lmao

BlackRoseGirl (8) | May 7, 2020 2:49pm
Is the Nerf funneling list REASONS why funneling should be nerfed, or Champions that should be nerfed to make funneling weaker? because Kindred takes A LOT of skill, on level with Akali.
1
Wicked Cherry (162) | May 8, 2020 12:28pm
These are the most successful champions that profit from funneling. At least from what I found in my research about the matter. In general, I think funneling will always be some kind of potential strategy in the game, no matter how much we want to despise it. So there's always gonna be some champions that work better for that matter than others. I'm not sure how you'd like to nerf funneling, sadly. :/ To answer you question, these are the most prominent funneling champions that should be nerfed in regards of funneling.
1
BlackRoseGirl (8) | May 12, 2020 2:58pm
I'm not quite sure what funneling is, to be honest. All I really know about it is the Master Yi+Taric combo... Is it like having a constant leash?
