I know I'm no pro player, but using Singed is a good champ. Anyways hope you may reconsider that Singed community is dead or has fallen apart and still continue on making guides. God bless, God speed, and stay safe.
Thanks for all the hours & work you've put into this guide!
The main issue is his Q and E though, with his E if he uses it at the further ranges you can't counter it, but if he's using it close to you, so long as you have the reaction speed, you can fling him and he E's you so you can at least create a bit of space and avoid his E AA Q combo. Building early armour helps here, but it's not to be relied on as of the new item changes, you mostly want to fight him in extended trades where he's forced to chase you if he wants to get AA's, if you just let him AA you freely then you're in for a terrible time, always be on the move and keeping your distance, let him come to you and run through your Q if he wants to fight, and save your E for disengaging him as opposed to using it to engage.
When you go to the item build there are 4 buttons near the save one. The first one says "export", you can copy the code in the ""computer"" and then you can simply paste the code in a comment.
This is what I currently have on my Singed item set, although I do sometimes build wacky things when I'm feeling spicy outside of this list
But i have some questions about what to build against counters as first items, i played against a teemo main and he destroyed me early ( my bads, i always play focused against counters ) but i don't know what to take against nasus, teemo, darius, garen, urgot, olaf. What should i build as free items and full items to build? I can't build always ap at the start when I'm against every champion.
Also i don't know what runes to take against every champion, how can i learn how to build correct runes?
Into Nasus you want to take Conq and be really aggressive early game, you normally want to build an AP item to start with to push your advantage against him, Protobelt can be nice to jump on him even through Wither, but Rylais/Liandry's can also be good, Rylais for the slow to kite him easier and Liandry's to chunk him.
Against Teemo you want to play passive till level 6 and then all in with R and Ignite, so sitting back and soaking XP/getting farm when the wave pushes into you is your aim. I think Conq is good here too, though Phase Rush can be nice to negate the slow from his R and also the help you catch up with him, though Phase Rush doesn't give you the damage you normally need to destroy him. You'll want to be getting a Rylais first item so once you get onto him you can stick on him and keep killing him on repeat.
Darius you can opt for a Bramble's Vest as your first item, and I've seen some people going Warden's Mail first (Though I'm less on board with that). A lot of the Darius lane is just playing passive and trying to minimise the kills he can get on you. Phase Rush can be good here to prevent him from locking you down, but I know a lot of people who are confident enough on Singed that they're able to win the lane with Conq. If you can rely on your team Predator is also good because you can put a lot of pressure on the map that Darius can't do anything about.
Garen is a tricky one, you can go Bramble to prevent his Conq healing, but often it's better to get Ninja Tabi's and Rylais to slow him down to help prevent him getting an all-in on you. When he jumps on you don't E and he Q's, you want to tank the Q, use your passive movespeed to run away from him, and then as he follows up with E you fling him
away. I'm still unsure of what the best Keystone is for this match up as none of them really help all that much.
Dealing with Urgot just comes down to whether you can get your W on him fast enough in most fights. If you get caught by his E then you're pretty much dead, but Bramble can be nice to get reflective damage on him through his W (Though this is small damage, the armour is nice). Conq can be used to win fights, but it's tricky.
Getting Bramble into Olaf is a must-buy as far as I'm concerned. Rylais is useless against him as he can R through it, so Liandry's or Protobelt are my go-to's, an early Seeker's Armguard can be nice in this lane too after the Bramble, but it's a bit more of an experimental build to hold a bunch of component items. You can win extended fights with Olaf most of the time if you have Bramble and Ignite with Conq.
For playing proxy (Which as far as I'm concerned is 4fun) or lanes where you just plan on farming and not fighting your enemy (This is more to do with higher elo) you want to start The Dark Seal and Refillable Potion. If you're laning to fight the enemy or just generally going into the lane without the desire to ignore the enemy laner, then go Corrupting Potion. I think Corrupting Potion start is the best option in 99.9% of games.
Learning which runes to take is mostly just about learning the different playstyles those Keystones allow for, so for Phase Rush it's about moving around and catching people out, with Predator it's about roaming and helping your team, with Conq it's about fighting and getting fed and snowballing, with Dark Harvest it's about scaling up to being able to blow people up. Trying each page out will help a lot with figuring out which Keystone you're comfortable playing with, and which ones you enjoy the most. For me personally I love Conq and take it every game at the moment, but for others they can't stand the Conq playstyle.
